Scott Holbrook
Chief Executive Officer
In addition to being responsible for the overall vision and direction of NRI, Mr. Holbrook is the lead Program Manager and Environmental Specialist for NRI.

Dr. Marzena Wicht
GIS Project Manager and Specalist
Dr. Wicht specializes in spatial analyses, remote sensing, and photogrammetry and is responsible for overseeing the company’s GIS projects’ lifecycles and staff.

Dirk Baltes
GIS Manager
Mr. Baltes coordinates with various stakeholders in the update of geospatial data for security, facility utilization, and site maps, as well as facilitating spatial data sharing for a broader userbase.

Gerhard Loeffler
Senior Database Specialist
Provides over 35 years of experience in the U.S. Army Europe Region Master Planning, Real Property, RPLANS, ASIP and facility utilization.

Thomas Rodehaver
GIS Specialist/QC Manager
Consultant
Mr. Rodehaver consults customers in the management of their geodata infrastructure. He assists with data migration, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and overall interoperability.

Elhem Boubaker
Operations Coordinator / Compliance Officer
Ms. Boubaker works in various areas at NRI. On one hand, she is responsible for the tasks in the area of compliance, and on the other hand, she supports the headquarters in optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and overseeing the daily activities in the office.

Akshita Marwah
GIS Analyst
Ms. Marwah is a GIS Analyst who supports our customers in creating, updating, integrating and maintaining GIS data and mapping support across multiple departments (especially in Real Property & Utilities).

Tobias Arnold
Senior GIS Specialist
Mr. Arnold is responsible for geospatial data development, updates, integrations, and evaluations - especially utilities - originating from various sources.

Environmental GIS Specialist
A member of our environmental GIS support team, Ms. Durst is responsible for performing updates and maintaining environmental spatial data.

GIS Specialist
Mr. Urban is an experienced GIS Specialist who supports a range of customers in creating, updating and maintaining GIS data and providing GIS technical and mapping support.

Sibylle Andersen
Administration Manager
The administrative support coordinator of the organization, Ms. Andersen manages all administrative tasks including assisting the CEO in finance, personnel management, and daily operations.

James Williams
Real Property Specialist
Focused on real property related tasks, Mr. Williams manages data crucial for customers’ real property financial records and space utilization.

Sven Hauch-Achstetter
Senior GIS Environmental Specialist
Mr. Hauch-Achstetter is an expert in management of remediation and compensation sites, spill prevention and response, and the data systems required for understanding environmental constraints.

Daniel Rocha

Mr. Rocha provides comprehensive on-site IT support in the areas of security and compliance, hardware maintenance and entity-wide software installation and support.

History

NRI was first established in 2001 by Mr. Holbrook as an environmental consulting company and has grown today to a team of over 25 employees and consultants serving the public sector in Europe. Our expertise in GIS, IT, Planning and Property Management, and Environmental and Surveying Services has earned us the reputation of industry leader in these fields.
